For our client, a renowned Japanese technology company that offers a variety of products and services across various industries and was founded in 1910, we are looking for a System Mechanic immediately or by agreement.

Zadania

The highly integrated Industry 4.0 standard manufacturing environment provides an exciting and challenging workplace for the next Automation Technician. Become part of the energy transition and acquire the skills to operate a highly automated factory.

  • Independent troubleshooting and repair as well as second-level support for highly automated, integrated manufacturing systems in close cooperation with production controllers and coordination with shift and production management

  • Time- and condition-dependent maintenance, servicing, and inspection of systems and system components

  • Carrying out and consolidating recurring tasks along with their comprehensive documentation and transfer to the Maintenance Operators as part of Total Productive Maintenance

  • Calibration of systems and components and conducting appropriate quality controls of the manufacturing processes

Profil

  • Completed vocational training as an Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, Polymechanic, or similar including basic electrical training (NIV15 or NIV13)

  • Experience in maintenance and/or automation is advantageous

  • Knowledge in control technology, pneumatics, and robot programming is essential; certified training in robotics is a plus

  • Solid knowledge of standard software (MS Office)
